Scott Oltmans

Scott Oltmans

Associate & Children's Pastor

Scott was born in a small, industrial town in Northern Illinois and shared his growing up years between Sterling, and one of the fastest growing cities at the time, Phoenix Arizona.  His parents were involved in children’s ministry along with other various ministerial positions. It’s here where he first became aware of the importance of ministering to children and knew that this is what he wanted to do with his life.

Scott is a 1996 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, located in Tulsa Oklahoma. Scott and his wife Steffanie were married in September of 1990 and they have three children. Scott and his family moved to Ada, Oklahoma in the summer of 2006 to join the staff and serve at Crosspointe Church.

He loves listening to and playing music, spending time with his family and is a die-hard Chicago Cubs, Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks fan.

Steffanie Oltmans

Steffanie Oltmans

Worship Arts Leader

Steffanie grew up in a pastor's home in Phoenix, Arizona. She felt God drawing her toward worship at a very early age. Steffanie started singing in church at the age of twelve and was serving on the church worship team by the age of sixteen.

Steffanie, her husband Scott, and their 3 children moved to Ada in 2006 to become part of the Crosspointe staff, where Steffanie serves as the Worship Arts Leader.

The passion of her heart is to lead people into a deeper relationship with God through worship and to mentor tomorrow’s generation of worshipers.  Steffanie feels that music is a way to minister to people in times of trouble, and to lead them to the feet of Jesus, who can bring peace, life, hope, and healing.
